Dairy free cinnamon sugar crumb cake!

Baking my baby a yummy, after dinner, dessert tonight. A cinnamon, sugar, buttery, streusel, crumb cake! Mmmmm! The whole house smells so amazing, from it baking in the oven. I personally, have always loved anything with cinnamon and sugar, from snickerdoodles to elephant ears. So, I wanted to make something else my baby could enjoy. This was my first time making this cake dairy free. Thankfully, my family really enjoyed it. That’s why I cook and bake, It makes me happy, making my babies happy and their tummies :)! The recipe for this cinnamon, sugar, streusel like, crumb cake, is below. You can always double the recipe for more people and add a little more sugar and spice, if you like things extra sweet. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we have.

Dairy free recipe-cinnamon sugar crumb cake: Makes one bundt cake-3.750 H x 10.250 W x 10.250 D (enough for 8 good-sized pieces)

You’ll need: 1 pan (we used a bundt), 2 mixing bowls (1 medium & 1 large), measuring spoons, and a measuring cup

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F
Use vegan butter, to grease the pan

The batter: In large mixing bowl
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of vegan butter, softened
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Mix the ingredients together with hands and fork, until it has a crumbly consistency and set aside

In measuring cup:
1 cup of almond milk (we used vanilla flavor)
1 large egg
4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the ingredients together, in the measuring cup, with a fork, then pour into the large mixing bowl of batter and mix again, until the batter is now more like a cake mix batter

The streusel: In medium mixing bowl:
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup of vegan butter, softened
2 tsp cinnamon
Mix the ingredients together with hands and fork, until it has a crumbly consistency

Fill the cake pan of your choice, with the cake batter, then top it off with the crumbly streusel mixture. Put the cake in the oven, at 350°F, for 40 minutes. Check the center of the cake, with a toothpick, to see if it is done (if needed bake longer). When your cake is done, let it cool then pop it out of the pan. Now, just eat and enjoy :)…
